WHAT IS LIPAT AGAD PROMO?
1. Option 1 – Lipat Agad Promo is intended for those who want to move-in early (makalipat agad) within 2-3 months by paying Spot Cash the required Total Cash-Out or downpayment.
2. Option 2 – Lipat Agad Promo can also be availed by paying the Total Cash-Out in 6 months installment. This is intended for those who want to move-in (makalipat agad) within 7-9 months.
3. Total Cash Out is only part of the downpayment . This is not the total cost of the house.
4. There is no discount when you pay the Total CashOut in Spot Cash because house is already constructed.

HOW TO AVAIL THIS PROMO
Step 1.

Step 2.
Request Sample Computation. Choose your financing and payment terms;
• Option 1 – Cash
• Option 2 – Installment Cash-Out or Downpayment (DP)
Select the best location, view the actual house and pay the reservation fee. You can send a representative if you are not here in Manila.
Step 3.
Pay your first downpayment. It will start 30 days after you reserve the unit. Payments schedule is given for your reference.
Step 4.
Must submit these document within 7 days or when you pay Spot Cash:
1. Home Loan Application (HLA)
2. 2 Valid ID (Passport, PRC, Driver’s License, SSS, TIN ID, Postal ID)
3. Proof of Income (Income Tax Return (ITR), 3-months Payslips, Certificate of Employment & Compensation (COEC)
4. Marriage Certificate, if Married
5. Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) if Single
Step 5.
If you pay total cash out in full (Option 1), you can move-in within 2-3 months. If you pay by installment (Option2), you can move-in after total cash-out is full paid. Signed bank loan guarantee is required. Freebie is given during move-in period.

• Submit complete requirements
• Get the requested RA and CTS from Profriends.
3. Jan. 24, 2017
• Bank Approval is expected to be released
• Signing of conditional Letter of Guarantee (LOG)
• Request copy of LOG or a Certification of LOG
• Submit to Profriends the copy or LOG Certification
• Request Clearance for Inspection (CFI) from Profriends.
4. Feb. 23, 2017
• House 1nspection. If house is already retouched or okey for you, you may accept the house so you can move-in na.
